Half-term class on Palestine at Baraka
Baraka Community Association presents:
“Understanding Palestine” class
1:30 – 3:00pm, Tuesday 29th May, Canalside House, W10 5AA
Free half-term activity,
Students will get an overview of the modern history of Palestine – with plenty of insights into its history, its people and the occupation of the country by Israel. The class is suitable for young people with limited knowledge of the Middle East but keen to get an understanding of the region.
There will be plenty of time for students to engage in a question and answers session.
The session will be delivered by Akram Salhab, Advocacy and Campaigns Officer at the charity Migrants Organise.
Free, aged 13 and above, booking essential.
